These guys suck! I went in this morning and they worked on my teeth at around 8, and I came back home and took a nap (didn’t even eat or mess with my teeth whatsoever) and the work that they did to my braces is already failing and falling apart actively in my mouth and I’m honestly super disappointed and frustrated because we just paid them to do this work and they not only half assed it but they did it wrong! Now I have to go back in for an “emergency repair” and use one of my free “broken brackets replacements” all because they couldn’t do their job right the first time. How disappointing, overall a one star every time I go in. And the cherry on top is I called them and they wouldn’t even speak to me! The automated voice just told me to leave a message and they’d “get back to me” but I know for a fact with this ortho and dental group that “getting back” to someone in their minds is “oh well call you in a month or two” I’m not about to sit on my butt with hardware in my mouth falling apart all because they couldn’t do it right (keep in mind it failed and started falling apart not even 24 hours after my appointment) I’m so upset and disappointed

Everything has been going decent with the ortho portion is this office, until this year. We had a family emergency so we rescheduled our option at the beginning of the year. Come time for our rescheduled appointment we get a call saying they would need to cancel due to the dentist being out sick. It took them forever to get use rescheduled and they never called us to ask us when was a good date/time, they just sent the appointment reminder via text. We live an hour away. We ended up in bad traffic on the day of our appointment, called to let them know we would be a little late and they told us we would need to reschedule. We have been trying to do this but keep being met with “we don’t have a dentist calendar” as they’ve changed their ortho dentist. I think we’re sitting at 10 months without being seen. We have brackets that have came off of teeth, we have loose teeth and we now have a tooth that has fallen out that we’re supposed to what, just let hang in her mouth until they can get us in?

I'm very disappointed with the Family Orthodontist side of this business. The amount of times in the last 2.5 years that my daughter's appointments have been canceled, due to them not having an available orthodontist on staff (or a temporary replacement), is ridiculous and this was my last straw. She was supposed to get her braces off on Monday Oct 13 and they sent me a cancelation message today (Friday, Oct 10). I called and we are now scheduled another two weeks out. I don't understand why they can't keep an orthodontist on staff. We have a very rigid schedule so it's very frustrating to make these appointments (usually 1.5 months in advance) and have them canceled with such short notice. It's not even a full business days notice! Just wildly unprofessional in my opinion and I'm are very disappointed.

Only because no stars isn't an option. Standing in office trying to advocate for why they won't be canceling another appt. They haven't seen him since October. 7/21 Another cancelled appointment- another 40 min wait after refusing to be cancelled. Met other families in waiting room who've had similar experiences with consistent cancellations. ETA: STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. SITTING IN MY CAR WAITING FOR MY SON FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HALF HOUR APPOINTMENT BUT IS NOW AN HOUR AND A HALF APPT. JUST TO CHANGE HIS WIRE AND RUBBER BANDS.

First of all I did ask permission to post these pictures. She was awesome and Amelia was so comfy and relaxed. Always look forward to the kids coming here. The dentist is so nice and full of insight on the situation at hand.
